Cyber Attacks that generally takes place !

Unethical practises in the field of IT have resulted into many problematics areas we need to tackle , such as different forms of cyber attacks . 

In the following lines , we are going to discuss the general attacks that takes place :-

1.Spamming -  It refers to the sending of bulk - mail by an identified or unidentified sources . In non-malicious form , bulk advertising mail is sent to many accounts . In malicious form , the attacker keeps on sending bulk mail until the mail - server runs out of disk space .

2. Worms - A worm is a self-replicating program which eats up the entire disk space or memory . A worm keeps on creating its copies until all the disk space or memory is filled .

3.Malware - Malware is a general term used to refer viruses , worms , spyware , adware, etc.In other words it is unwanted software that someone else wants to run on your computer.

4.Computer Viruses :- These viuses are malicious gram or codes that cause damage to your data or files in your system . Viruses can attack any part of your computer's software such as operating  system , files , applications ,etc .

5.Spyware :- It is a software which is installed on your computer to spy over your activities and report the data and activities to specific person or group to pay for it . These are  to spy on some one either for legal or illegal purpose.

6.Trojan Horses :- It is a program that appears harmless but actually performs malicious functions like deleting or damaging files .

7.Sweeper :- It is also a malicious program that are used by crackers . It sweeps all your data from  system .
